Profile for Innovative Educators

The Profile for Innovative Educators (PIE) is a streamlined, job-embedded coaching framework and process that focuses on teaching innovation, learner agency and access, research and digital literacy, and professional growth and leadership. The common language framework is a collection of educator competencies that TTISs can refer to when supporting the transformation of a teacher's practice.
