Melissa’s commitment to leadership and learning is evidenced in her energy and passion for supporting and developing schools, their faculty and staff.
Melissa believes that the core work for schools is to provide a high quality education for every child in their care and that great leaders develop and support their staff so they can do just that.
Melissa’s strong background in teaching, learning, and leadership as well as her dedication to understanding how diversity, data, finance, and parent/school relationships impact that work has allowed her to serve and grow current and future leaders.
When not consulting, Melissa can be found reading a great book, chatting with her children, or baking goodies for family and friends.
