Theory of Change: 30-minute Complimentary Consultation

Schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation with an expert ALP facilitator.

During the consultation, hosts will work with us to ensure preparation for a successful event and to design clear, actionable next steps beyond the Multiple Choice film screening event.

We’ll explore pre, during, and post event community engagement opportunities aligned to your community’s needs and desired outcomes.

Excited for your film screening event and committed to making school relevant for ALL of your students?

The complimentary consultation allows you to partner with an expert ALP facilitator to discuss next steps and share your boldest dreams about where your community and district may go as a result of this film screening.

**This consultation service is currently not available in North Carolina.

What We’ll Do Together

  • We’ll spend the majority of our time together discussing opportunities to leverage the film to spark innovation and change in your community.
  • Thought partnership in designing an engaging Multiple Choice screening event.
  • Build a framework for your community-embraced change model.
  • Provide ideas for next steps, to sustain the momentum of the film in the days, weeks, and months following.
  • Consider opportunities to partner in Organizational Change.

Facilitated Event: A High-Impact Multiple Choice Community Visioning Event

A Comprehensive, Facilitated Event in Partnership with ALP – a Professional Change Management Organization.

Advanced Learning Partnerships works alongside communities as a bridge from inspiration to implementation. ALP brings deep experience facilitating conversations at the intersection of education, workforce, and community – particularly around career-connected learning, student agency, and regional partnership.

A Decision Aid for Community Hosts

Communities often find outside facilitation valuable if they answer “yes” to several of the following:

  • Do we want this event to lead to concrete action, not just conversation?
  • Will stakeholders with very different roles and perspectives be in the room together?
  • Are we hoping Multiple Choice can catalyze broader transformation beyond a single event?
  • Would it help to have a natural partner focused on alignment, process, and follow-through?

If so – an ALP Facilitated Visioning Event & Community Screening can significantly increase the return on the time and energy invested in the event.

**This facilitated service is currently not available in North Carolina.
