The summit brought together a vibrant community of education leaders from multiple diverse districts and provided a dynamic and future-forward space to explore Generative AI within learner-centered education models. \nThe 2nd annual GenAI Summit was hosted by Nashville Public Schools and presented in partnership with: \n \nKey Highlights\n\n\nCollaborative Visioning: The summit opened with a shared vision to explore systems-level integration of GenAI. Attendees engaged in reflective conversations around district readiness\, policy\, and sustainable AI strategies.\nInsightful Keynotes & Sessions: Dr. Jules White spoke about the next horizon of AI in Education\, and Dr. Alec Couros shared valuable insights during an in-depth Q&A focused on AI and assessment innovation\, and designing authentic\, future-ready evaluation systems as well as thoughtful approaches to family and community engagement. Breakout sessions featured practitioners and pioneers\, offering actionable strategies and frameworks for integrating AI into teaching and learning.\nSpotlight on Sustainability: Leaders from Loudoun County and Henrico County Public Schools joined other K–12 innovators to discuss long-term strategies for scaling AI-enabled models. These conversations focused on capacity building\, professional learning ecosystems\, and equitable access to AI resources.\nNetworking and Collaboration: Through roundtable discussions\, collaborative planning\, and informal connections\, the summit facilitated intentional relationship-building between district leaders\, partners\, and facilitators.\n\n\nNext Steps\nSummit participants gained insights and tools to guide their districts through the coming school year.
