About Brianna

Brianna is passionate about strengths-based leadership, strategic plans that catalyze change, and stories of impact that elevate innovative practices.

Brianna Lynn is a National Board Certified teacher with experience leading from the classroom to the board room. She currently serves as ALP’s Senior Partnerships Consultant for 12 states in the U.S. western region. Brianna launched her career in 2007 from a high school classroom in Hershey, PA where she grabbed every available technology to build a blended learning environment for her students. She spent four years working with colleagues as an instructional technology coach and a year serving as a national teacherpreneur fellow before leaving the classroom to work with adult learners. Whether designing micro-credential pathways for school board directors or publishing stories of impact from innovative districts or coaching a leadership team for stronger project management, Brianna cites Eric Hoffer’s assertion that “in times of change learners inherit the earth while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.”

When she’s not geeking out over learning design and leadership, Brianna is probably exploring a new restaurant, coffee shop, or state park in her Northern California home. She spends weekends keeping her sourdough starters alive while listening to podcasts, reading her latest borrowed library book with a cat on her lap, and watching a newly released comedy special while texting friends on the East Coast.
