About Elizabeth
Elizabeth is on a journey of continuous discovery: with students, with teachers, with clients.
A lifelong educator, Elizabeth is inspired by Parker J. Palmer’s observation in The Courage to Teach: Exploring the Inner Landscape of a Teacher’s Life: “Good teaching is an act of hospitality toward the young, and hospitality is always an act that benefits the host even more than the guest.”
Hospitality is all about anticipating the needs of your guests and developing ways to delight while meeting those needs. Whether it’s finding the perfect recipe for a dinner party, the warmest flannel sheets for the guest room, or the instructional hook that opens an aha moment for a roomful of learners, Elizabeth begins with that end in mind, to design the most apt solution for the moment.
As a sales leader, she applies the same philosophy. With curiosity and empathy, Elizabeth engages in deep conversation and then connects clients with the lasting solutions.
When not traveling the country from school district to school district, Elizabeth is happiest at her own dining table with her family, teaching Sunday School, or cross-stitching (yet another!) Christmas stocking.
