Gaynell invests in the design and facilitation of high-quality learning experiences that produce tangible impact in the communities she serves.  She leverages her leadership and problem solving skills to activate the talents and expertise of others in ways that amplify collective efforts toward intersecting priorities.  In service of this mission, she leads with curiosity and pursues challenges with integrity.

When Gaynell is not leading organizational change she might be found hiking in the forest or practicing the art and science of yoga instruction.
