About Gwyneth

Working to support the growth of others is Gwyneth Hagan’s “Why”. It is why she became an elementary educator, a coach and professional developer, and a leading designer of one of the first open-source ELA curriculums in the nation, EL Education.
She specializes in the design of project-based and experiential learning for learners of all ages from primary to professional. She supports leaders in transforming their learning environments through a community-based design process that engages all stakeholders from vision through implementation.
Gwyneth has helped develop hundreds of teams, leaders, coaches, and teachers through coaching, retreats, workshops, communities of learning, and mentorship programs. She brings creativity and heart to all of her work and centers her learners above all else.
When not working, Gwyneth lives with her partner Leigh and her two kids Ruby and Miles in Bon Air, Virginia. She loves writing poetry, reading, baking, and snuggling with her dog, Bean.
