Marlo is dedicated to creating equitable educational environments, ensuring that resources and support are in place to empower every student to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Marlo is actively involved in several educational advisory boards and serves on the Board of Directors for the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN). She is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, promoting these values through resource development and professional training. Additionally, she mentors many women in educational technology, supporting their leadership development.
Throughout her leadership journey, Marlo has learned the importance of organizational culture and how being authentic allows others to do the same, leading to exceptional outcomes for students and staff.
