About Tinkhani

Tinkhani is passionate about helping educators use continuous improvement to create systems that better impact educational equity, access, and opportunity.

Tinkhani coaches in system transformation, school improvement, and central office-school relationships that lead to lasting change.  She has expertise in improvement science, measurement systems, and aligning MTSS structures to overall strategic planning and school transformation. All this she does with an understanding that it takes people to accomplish this work. Therefore she focuses heavily on the human side of change.
