Dr. Wenqian Zhou is an organizational psychologist, who is passionate about optimizing organizational effectiveness and the growth of individual talents through the science of psychology applied to work and the workplace. She is also an educator, who has taught Chinese and English for learners whose ages ranged from 13 to 70. She currently also serves as an adjunct professor of psychology at Southern Illinois University.
