Whitney is a seasoned innovation consultant, educator, and system leader who specializes in helping school boards, ministries, and educators design transformative learning experiences that are deeply engaging and future-focused. With over 15 years of experience in K–12 education, Whitney brings a proven track record of supporting districts in scaling initiatives that blend pedagogy, technology, and equity to create meaningful, sustainable impact.
Whitney believes the most powerful learning happens when educators are empowered to lead with curiosity, creativity, and confidence. She partners with teams to co-design strategies that challenge the status quo, whether that’s developing Generative AI implementation frameworks, launching esports programs grounded in mental health and transferable skills, or supporting educators in rethinking instructional design to meet the needs of today’s learners.
Her work is driven by a deep belief that education is not one-size-fits-all. She is energized by discovering “new sizes”; innovative strategies, bold questions, and inclusive approaches that help educators do their best work so that students receive the best possible learning experience. When she’s not leading transformative projects or co-hosting The Deep Learning Dialogues podcast, Whitney can be found on the baseball field with her sons, road-tripping with her family, or dreaming up creative ways to blend passion and purpose into learning.
