Janelle has a strong belief in the power of education and the role leaders play in building a strong foundation for the students.
Her desire to make a positive impact is what drove Janelle to pursue education in the first place. Her belief in the power of education to do that and her belief that every educator is a leader is what led her to education consulting. Her main professional goal is to help build and foster strong cultures of learning and growth. She is energized by partnering with dedicated educators to explore changes in practice to foster leadership development and reach all students.
When Janelle is not consulting you may find her playing cards with her kids, enjoying a lively conversation around the dinner table with her parents or friends, or finding peace on a hiking trail in the woods.
One of her favorite quotes is from Sir Ken Robinson. He said, “The role of a creative leader is not to have all the ideas; it’s to create a culture where everyone can have ideas and feel they’re valued.”
