While the vision of what’s possible is invigorating, she is mindful of the challenges within our current educational system that include limited resources, conflicting priorities, and teacher burnout among others. Rachel is committed to collaborating with educators within our current reality to find actionable solutions to problems that lead to a positive impact on students and our communities.
